Is this family in Nick's territory?
Check before booking a Clarity Call. The territory is drawn by census tract, so some ZIP codes are split between Nick and a neighboring office.
Start with the ZIP code
If the ZIP is split, you'll be asked for the street address next.
How to check a family
- Ask for the street address where your client will receive care.
- Start typing it and pick the match from the list.
- Book the Clarity Call only if the result says Inside.
A ZIP alone works when the whole ZIP is in or out. If an address won't come up, find it in Google Maps, right-click the pin, copy the numbers at the top, and paste them here. If the answer is "Close to the line," take their info and confirm with Nick before booking.
